A black-and-white hero on day one
A video hero with glass panels, then a rebrand to Creative Mantra a week later, with asset preloading and compressed background video so it still loads on mobile data.

A portfolio driven by one manifest file
Every project is one entry in a manifest: filterable categories through the URL, hover tiles with two screenshots and each project's own colour, auto-focus search, and related projects picked automatically.

The contact form sends a formatted HTML email, so a new enquiry reads like a brief, not a form dump.

Handed on and rebuilt
In September a teammate rebuilt the site in Astro, Tailwind and GSAP on top of the v1 content and structure. I reviewed and merged it.
