Player 1 · Full-stack & game developer
AVIRAL
I build multiplayer games, mobile apps and websites that people actually use. Mostly from a laptop, often from the mountains.

Level 1 · Where it started
New game. Zero XP.
I grew up in Etah, Uttar Pradesh, and studied computer science at VIT Bhopal from 2021 to 2025. I spent those years in the Android Club, at hackathons and on side projects, and got my first paid Flutter work while still in my first year.

Level 2 · How I work
Laptop, window, mountains.
I take an idea from a written spec to something you can click within days, then keep shipping until it feels right in the hand. I write the docs first, test the boring parts, and deploy with one command.

Level 3 · The work
Pick a cartridge.

Level 4 · Mini game
Squash the bugs.
My debugging method: breathe, read the logs, then squash. You get 20 seconds. Every bug you miss ships to production.
Your score is shared with everyone on the site right now. Beat the room record and they'll see it.
Level 5 · How things get finished
The last 10% is a climb.
Anyone can start a project. The work that counts is the store listing, the privacy page, the backup script and the email that tells players what changed. Hold the button to climb from first commit to launch.

Level 6 · You are not alone here
Everyone on this page is live.
The cursors you see drifting around are other visitors, right now. You never see who they are, just a nickname and which level they're on. Draw on the shared wall; it stays for the next person.
Co-op credits
I work well in a party too: I've built client products with agency teams, led a three-person team on a travel marketplace backend, and merged fixes from strangers on open source.

Level 7 · Work with me
Got a game, an app or a weird idea?
Tell me what you're building. I'll tell you honestly how I'd make it, how long it takes, and whether I'm the right person.

Thanks for playing. Every project in the arcade has its own journey, from the first commit to launch day.
