Chapter 1 of 2
Spotify has no Siri on the Mac

Chapter 2 of 2 ·
A Shortcut, a script and the Web API
Siri dictation goes into a Shortcut, the Shortcut runs a Python script, and the script understands "X by Y", playlists and liked songs, then starts playback on the Mac through Spotify's API.
